Abortion is a medical procedure resulting in the termination of a human pregnancy and death of a fetus. Abortion was banned in 30 states until the 1973 Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade. The ruling made abortion legal in all 50 states but gave them regulatory powers over when abortions could be performed during a pregnancy. Currently, all states must allow abortions early in pregnancies but may ban them in later trimesters.

The government should not be making decisions on when abortion is appropriate.

Pro-life, but allow in cases of severe danger to the mother.
Pro-life somewhat, but allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions and also for popularizing that idea through convincing people rather than banning abortions
Pro life and providing birth control, sex education and more social services will help reduce number of abortions. Allow abortion until two Months or if mother's life in danger.

Pro-choice, but ban after the first three months. Always allow in cases of danger to the mother or child. Also, I believe that providing birth control, sex education, and more social services is important and will help reduce the number of abortions. I am opposed to abortion in all circumstances. However, the idea of re-traumatizing children and women who have been subjected to rape or incest, who, unlike those who become pregnant through casual sex, did not choose to engage in a risky behavior, does not sit well with me. Forcing a girl between the ages of 9 and 11 to have a baby, the consequences of which could leave her not only traumatized but barren, does not sit well with me. At the end of the day, these decisions are complex and during the early stages of pregnancy should be left to females, their families, and their doctors.
