Once we have some kind of negotiated peace, 2 state solution, hamas and Hezbollah are deferred, and assad the genocidal pro terrorist dictator is ousted. I think we can ease off some spending.

Not change the amount of spending, instead spend them in different more efficient ways, then decide whether spending should be increased or decreased.
