only for non-violent crimes of protest that doesn't include crimes involved with flag desecration or anti-semitism

Depends on their crime, if they're in for crimes that caused physical damage to others, they should stay in, but if no damage was done to humans (i.e drug use or property damage etc) they should be allowed to leave earlier.
