If it's a teacher that has been threatened by a dangerous person or has a partner working for the "specialised military/security services" and justly feels that they and their students might be targeted, then I would say they should be allowed to carry a weapon. But this is a matter that should be subject to public oversight and review. Israel is a dangerous place for certain individuals. And if one is going to be carrying a concealed weapon around students, then they should be required to undergo regular psychological evaluation as well as testing with respect to their assigned firearm.

Depends on circumstances. A teacher licensed to own and carry a gun should be allowed to carry it.
